Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle cash receipts and AP settlement
- Maintain insurance database and subsequent follow up
- Monitor premium payment and credit control
- Preform cashflow forecast
- Conduct aged balance review with HOD and follow up review actions.
- Reconcile statement of accounts
- Office admin duties
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
- Diploma or above in Accounting and Finance discipline is a plus
- Full set exposure is a plus
- Experiences in a broking firm or a (re)insurance company is preferable
- Self-motivated, independent and detail oriented
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Immediate availability and short notice is highly preferred
