Client Details: 
Our client is a boutique property developer who develops high-end residential properties in Hong Kong. They are now looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to join the team. 

Job Description:

• Handle full set of accounts
• Prepare cash flow forecast and budgeting
• Monitor financial covenant and participate in project management
• Supervise accounting team to ensure the quality of work and operation efficiency
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Company.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or any related disciplines
• Qualified accountant with minimum 8 years' relevant experience
• Exposure in HK real estate industry
• Experience in big four accounting firm will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good team player with can do attitude
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Finance Manager.
