• Manage and monitor cash flow and cash position; Execute funding raising (e.g. bank loan and bond issuing…etc.), fund transfer, deposits placing; Manage and monitor FX exposure; Maintain overall liquidity and comply with external and internal requirements. 
• Maintain credit line and renew related documents (e.g. facilities letter, MTN Programme and ISDA..etc.) ; Response to banks’ enquiries; Monitor compliance with financial covenants; Maintain bank relationship and ensure overall funding capacity.
• Prepare funding related reports and forecasting  
• Assist in bank account administration (e.g. KYC, AML..etc.)
• Other ad hoc tasks and projects. 

• Bachelor Degree holder or above with major in Finance, Banking, or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in in securities firms,  banking industry or financial institutions;
• Professional qualification such as CFA, FRM and CPA is a plus (but not a must): 
• Knowledge of financial products and funding channels/tools; Sensitive to figures;
• Detail-minded, responsible & self-motivated,  Team player, highly adaptable to changes and challenges; good time management skills and multitasking capacities;
• Good communication,  coordination and negotiation skills;
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
