Responsibilities:

• Oversee finance functions for group's overseas development companies and ensure statutory compliance in all perspectives
• Prepare management and consolidated financial reports, cash flow forecast, budgeting and analysis etc
• Provide tax advisory and support to the business
• Provide support, bring insights and lead the team to work on the continuous process improvements, digitalization and automation initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
• Qualified member of HKICPA/ACCA or related professional qualifications
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience from both commercial companies and professional audit firms  
• Solid experience in managing a large team in handling financial statements close process, financial analysis and reporting, and tax compliance matters
• Experience in property developer industry.  Experience in joint ventures is an advantage
• High proficiency in accounting technical, taxation and companies ordinance knowledge
• Strong analytic mind, well-organized, able to work under pressure and manage tight timelines
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
