For Manager/ Assistant Manager Position:

• Act as a finance SME to participate in Group Insurance program driven project for implementation of changes per new accounting standard IFRS 17.
• Facilitate Insurance Business Finance for a smoother transition period on the implementation under the new standard IFRS 17;
• Perform data analysis for CSM data input and analyze finance results of the new standard, assess process flow in new operating model;
• Conduct testing on dashboards and forecasting solution, in supporting the management information to be presented under the new standard;
• Facilitate and monitor the progress of regular discussion with various stakeholders, including Project Consultant, Project work groups, etc.;
• Manage changes, facilitate transition process, and evaluate any risk located with any implementation, communicate with related stakeholders (onshore and offshore teams) on change update and action

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline with a recognised professional accounting qualification
  * 3+ years of experience in accounting / auditing, with knowledge of insurance and financial products would be an advantage;
  * The ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  * Possesses good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  * Strong knowledge in application software such as MS Excel and PowerPoint
  * Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
