Job Description

• Handle daily full set accounting functions (AP, AR, GL etc.)
• Prepare month-end closing work including preparation of financial statements, management reports and accounting schedules analysis
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of bank balances and inter-company balances
• Assist in yearly tax reporting and internal/external audit matters
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

 Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience
• Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Independent, self-initiative, well-organized and responsible
