JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Accountant should have good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and is familiar with finance regulations. We are looking for a team player with strong interpersonal skills. Experience in SAP is preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to handle daily inventory activities promptly
• Manage and track the end-to-end flow of the Intercompany Transfers and Returns process
• Schedule and coordinate physical inventories and cycle counts including freeze, capturing counts and sales, reconciling, apply adjustments and shrink reporting
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and ensure they can be reconciled
• Support year-end audit preparation with inventory related documentations
• Participate and support any ad-hoc projects

PROFILE

• Degree in Finance or Accounting or related disciplines, ACCA/HKICPA Finalist or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of experience in inventory Control
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage
