Job Description

Requirements

  • Degree / Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • 3 years or above working experience in accounting functions
  • Experience in AP, AR transactions, preferably in full set of accounts
  • Initiative, detail-minded, energetic with good interpersonal skills
  • Conversant with computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good communication of both spoken and written English
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handle general accounting functions including AP, AR transactions
  • Responsible for intercompany reconciliation and preparing cashflow reports
  • Provide support on payment arrangement and follow up outstanding statement
  • Responsible for preparing financial reports and monthly bank reconciliation
  • Assist in month-end closing and updating accounting data in the system
