Job Description
Responsibilities:
1) Perform daily accounting functions including vouchers inputs, payments, and etc. across five regional offices in Asia, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo and Mumbai; 2) Handle full set of accounts independently; 3) Prepare quarterly budget report, input and submission of FRR to SFC and Financial reports to MAS; 4) Prepare payroll, MPF, CPF and medical insurance related issues across all the regional offices;
5) Understand consolidated statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement;
6) Prepare bank reconciliation and account reconciliation monthly across 5 regional offices;
7) Assist month-end and year-end scheduling and reporting;
8) Provide support to ad-hoc tasks if assigned.
Requirements:
➢ Diploma / Certificate holder in Accountancy or related disciplines;
➢ 2 years or above relevant working experience in audit or accounting;
➢ Proficient in Office software; other accounting software use will be a plus;
➢ Good communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken and written);
➢ Rapid learning ability to quickly grasp the financial management points of new business and adaptability to new financial management skills, if required by the business;
➢ Characters include being honest, hardworking, reliable, self-motivated, and stress-resistant.
