What will you be doing:

• Book keeping, accounting related paper work
• Maintain office systems, data management, filing, utilities payment
• Assist in billing & auditing process
• Attend to incoming emails, and redirecting it to corresponding staff if necessary
• Manage courier services, stationary inventories, office equipment maintenance etc.
• Attendance and salary management
• Manage tasks allocate by manager
• Aid in company’s daily opertaion

What you need for this position:

• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Cheerful, self-driven, a good team player.
• Book keeping/accounting related academic background
• Proficient in using MS Office include Chinese word processing
• Having accounting experience/certificate would be an asset
• Fresh graduate candidate is always welcomed.
• Having clerical experience would be an asset
• Having accounting software experience would be an asset
