Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Month-End and Year-End Closings
• Handle the group consolidation
• Coordinate annual/interim audit and liaise with auditors
• Provide guidance to HK and China accounting teams
• Conduct on-site audit on ad-hoc basis
• Ensure adequate controls are in place, i.e. policies and procedures
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

Requirements :

• Qualified accountant with degree in the relevant areas; at least 5 years’ experience in accounting or audit
• Knowledge of the SASAC reporting system (國資委“久其”) and experience with PRC state-owned companies will be a plus;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Independent, outgoing, well-organized, detail and result-oriented person;
• Be familiar with the Hong Kong and China accounting and taxation rules & regulations;
• Knowledge of financial, ERP(SAP) and integrated accounting systems is preferred;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Willing to travel to the PRC or overseas for ad hoc projects.
