Job Description
- Perform credit card related fraud cases investigation and monitor suspicious transactions
- Handle trigger event / regular review on existing credit card customers
- Prepare suspicious transactions report to related internal parties when suspicious transactions or irregular activities are detected
- Provide recommendation to manager on fraud recovery opportunities
- Prepare regular AML reports to internal or external parties
- Assist management to formulate fraud control strategies and policies
- Conduct user acceptance tests and ensure the reliability of the Authorization systems
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies for necessary action and exchange of updated fraud information and market trend
- Candidate with more experience can be offered a higher position
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or above with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of Credit Card authorization and fraud transaction monitoring
- Mature and able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong presentation, negotiation, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Willing to work in shift duty
