Main Job Duties:

1. Mainly responsible for preparing month-end reports to HQ in Beijing on a strictly timely basis
2. Assist in the implementation of internal control (finance-related)
3. Communicate with inter-companies in China frequently
4. Prepare budget and forecasts reports
5. Prepare management reports and financial analysis on a timely basis
6. Assist in maintaining and implementing financial systems;
7. Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

1. 2-5 years relevant experience
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent, CPA or ACCA is preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
4. Willing to learn, able to work independently, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
5. Positive attitude, detail-minded, self-motivated
6. Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
7. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
