Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in financial and commercial due diligence engagements.
  • Perform analysis on target companies’ financial information to identify potential deal issues.
  • Prepare due diligence databook and reports independently.
  • Support senior management teams to execute managerial duties including client relationship management, proposal preparation, job coaching for junior members etc.
  • Collaborate with and support other service lines of the department such as valuation, M&A, restructuring & insolvency, litigation support and forensic services.

Requirements 

  • Degree in any one of the following areas: Finance, Accounting, and/or Economics.
  • Experience in commercial & financial due diligence and transaction services is required.
  • Self-driven with can-do attitude and ability to deliver quality output to meet deadlines.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Holding or currently studying any professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CFA Charter or etc. is preferred (but not essential).
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
