Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts independently, including preparation of vouchers, general ledger, reconciliations, schedules and management accounts.
• Responsible for daily accounting functions, treasury and cash management.
• Liaise with business units and internal teams for finance and accounting matters.
• Participate in interim and annual report including preparation of audit schedules.
• Assist in company secretarial and regulatory compliance matters including preparation of announcements and circulars.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, other professional parties.
• Perform ad hoc assignments and other duties when required.

Job requirements:

• Degree/diploma in accounting, min 3 years working experiences
• Ideally candidate with 3 years full sets of accounting experiences
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese is a must
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Sound knowledge in corporate finance is an advantage
