Job Description

• Perform book-keeping duties to ensure proper and accurate books and records are prepared.
• Prepare/review all payment transactions to ensure accuracy and updated cash book record.
• Handle income receipt
• Manage petty cash, monitor bank balance and update bank balance report.
• Open and close bank accounts, change bank account details e.g. bank signatories as required.
• Provide assistance on annual audit by preparing supporting documents and breakdown, prepare bank confirmation.
• Raise expenses application, cross-check all procurement workflow with signed contracts, maintain records of all expenses and procurement workflows.
• Assist month end closing reporting

Your background

• Relevant educational background in Accounting / Finance
• 2-3 years working experience in financial institutions, preferable in insurance company
• Willing to work overtime when needed
