Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage advisory engagements for financial institution clients on Fintech, Crypto, Block chain and other virtual assets
  • Provide advice in the design, implementation, governance and risk management on Fintech
  • Conduct regulatory/compliance/internal audit reviews with reference to regulatory requirements (e.g. HKMA, SFC and Insurance Authority) and relevant policies and procedures
  • Draft policies, procedures and compliance manual for enabling FI clients to comply with applicable regulatory requirements
  • Develop subject matter expertise and knowledge and provision of training to the FS Advisory and other professional team members
  • Assist in business development and maintain client relationships
  • Supervise and manage the performance of the FS team’s engagements

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or any related subjects
  • Over 6 years of consulting experience in the financial services industry with experience in Fintech would be a definitive advantage
  • Professional qualification of CPA, CISA, CISM, PMP would be an advantage
  • Experience in dealing with senior management executives and board of directors of FIs
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill, as well as proficiency in English and Chinese reporting
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Mature, positive attitude, proactive, self-motivating
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Manager
