Job Duties

• To be a team member of Operations Department
• Perform accounting duties such as data entry, invoice checking, banking reconciliation, process payments
• Process Payments including maintaining a general ledger and statements of account
• Assist in preparing and subsidiaries submitting monthly consolidated financial statements
• Assist in preparing all staff salary and payments
• Provide clerical support to operations department, such as document processing, data checking, and filling
• Assist new clients for the account opening and onboarding process and review and follow up on their cases
• Perform the daily dealing activities of the funds, including subscription, redemption, distribution payment, fund expense payment, operations control, etc
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties including legal advisor, fund administrators, auditors, custody, etc
• Comply with the internal workflows, procedures and relevant SFC regulatory requirements
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned and perform other duties as assigned by Department head 

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• 1-3 years of prior operations experience in licensed corporations or financial institutions with good fund/financial operations and risk knowledge; fresh graduates will also be considered
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good knowledge of risk management will be an advantage
• Work independently, High sense of responsibility, willing to learn, self-motivated, reliable, diligent and proactive
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Well versed with SFC regulations and standards, as well as other regulatory requirements will be a plus
