Responsibilities:

• General accounting matters, such as daily accounting transactions, accounts receivable
• Handle all billing activities on specified dates
• Responsible for following up collection, allocation of receipts and update account receivable ledgers at specific deadlines
• Assisting in month end closing & year end closing
• Assisting with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
• Preparation of bank reconciliation
• Handle Ad-hoc accounting duties

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 1 year or above relevant working experience
• Good analytical mind, well-organized, responsible, independent and able to meet tight schedules
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin & English
• Immediately available is preferable
