Serve as a key member of the team, he/she will be heavily involved in daily operation of the sales and GP finance function. To assist the business process owner to contribute to the “DFI Way” operating model for finance related processes.

Is this your next challenge in Sales and Inventory?

Lead a team to oversee the daily operations of sales and GP functions include store sales reconciliations, costing, inventory accounting and gift voucher ordering.

• Support ad hoc business projects include workflow design and testing of store promotion programs, new payment tenders and system change implementation.
• Raise out new requirements and change requests whilst assisting with the design and implementation of new ERP system
• Escalate the issues and risks to the task force of new ERP system
• Drive the standardization and streamline the accounting procedures across business units.
• Implement continuous improvement in control environment.
• Perform monthly balance sheet review, review monthly reports, journals and carry out financial analysis.
• Partner with respective business unit to provide advice and support for operational decision making and strategic planning.
• Monitor and manage the service quality of outsourced service provider
• Prepare interim and annual financial reports
• Liaise with auditors to ensure smooth preparation of year-end audited statutory accounts.

Do you have experience in Finance and Accounting?

• University graduate with a degree in in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in auditing or accounting, experience in sizable Retail/FMCG company is preferred.
• Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent
• Detail minded, proactive, ability to work independently in a fast paced and evolving environment
• Good understanding and solid experience in project of new system implementation
• Experienced user of MS Excel, power point and ERP system, preferably SAP
• Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese
