Accountabilities

• Prepare financial analysis reports for management review
• Provide recommendation and evaluate business decisions with management on business development include evaluate returns and profitability of potential site, various renewals, reimaging projects and business initiatives
• Focus on store related budgeting, forecasting, costing and management report
• Identify gaps between monthly forecast results and targets, provide recommendations to ensure financial goals are achieved
• Able to influence stakeholders to reach consensus on business financial performance indicators
• Communicate effectively with various internal stakeholders to ensure financial information is well cascaded to respective person in charge
• Any other ad-hoc activities

Professional Should:

• Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Accounting / Finance / Business, etc.
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in accounting and financial management preferred
• At least 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Possess a ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-minded and sensitive to data
• With SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English
