Description:

• Assist in banking liaison and completing documentation for bank matters
• Monitor and maintain the continuous compliance of all banking transactions
• Execute operational control measures to mitigate operational risk
• Assist in all bank accounts openings/closing, maintenance, KYC etc
• Prepare treasury reports for management review
• Assist in monitoring and forecasting the liquidity position of the group
• Arrange instructions for payments and settlement
• Assist in developing procedural manual and streamline daily workflow to enhance staff productivity and efficiency
• Assist overall treasury function in HK and SG
• Assist in ad hoc project when required

Requirement:

• University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Solid relevant experience preferably gained from listed/private companies or banking
• With at least 4 years of experience in liaising with local and overseas bank, preparing cashflow forecast, managing payment and bank accounts
• Sensitive to figures, proactive and independent, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detailed and flexible minded, Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua
• Immediate available is preferred
