Job Description
- Responsible for daily Account Payable / Receivable operation
- Assist in full set account and daily accounting transactions
- Handle data input and vouchers preparation
- Perform documents checking and payment preparation
- Maintain proper accounting records and filing
- Assist in monitoring internal control procedure
- Assist in audit and breakdowns preparation
- Ad hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements:
- HKDSE or above with 2 years relevant working experience
- LCCI or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Experience in handling full set of account is definitely an advantage
- Good command of both written and verbal English and Chinese
- Familiar with computer skills, especially MS Office such as Word and Excel
- Quick book and ERP experience are preferred
- Team player and able to work independently
- Strong sense of the responsibilities and self-motivated
- Detailed oriented and eager to learn
- Immediate available is preferred
