Responsibilities:

• Develop appropriate accounting policies and methods to establish a solid accounting management base;
• Business performance analysis, budgeting & cash flow management;
• Develop and lead the implementation of internal control policies and procedure, cost saving, approval control, budgetary control, accounting policies and financial strategies in business plans;
• Prepare statutory accounting, taxation statements;
• Lisaise with auditors and relevant government authorities;
• Supervise and motivate finance staff; and
• Ensure company taxes are planned and paid in accordance with corporate and local statutory requirements

Requirements :

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent field;
• Qualified Accountant with membership of a professional accounting organizations;
• At least 5 years related experience in manufacturing sector with solid senior managerial experience is essential; with jewelry industry background will be highly preferred;
• Practical exposure in strategic business planning, financial reporting, management account, internal control, cost saving and familiar with HK & PRC accounting and taxation;
• Presentable, strong business acumen, good interpersonal and communications skills; and
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
