About the job:

• Support Head of Finance and senior management team in financial strategic planning and provide sound business decision
• Interact with management team members to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendation
• Provide timely and effective data to serve as a basis for sound management decisions including profit plans, cost systems, management control reports and related financial analysis
• Evaluate company performance versus the external environment and competitors in areas such as financial performance and market share, in order to identify potential business opportunities and support business expansion
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policy by initiating control reviews by participating in audit reviews to evaluate financial control performance

About the person:

• A business degree; preferably in accounting/ finance/ business
• CPA/ CFA/ other relevant accounting qualifications
• Minimum 10 years experience of accounting, commercial finance & strategic planning
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to develop people with sufficient technical and managerial capabilities to ensure effective organizations.
• Experience of working within multicultural and highly matrix organisation is essential to succeed in this role
• Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
