Key Responsibilities

Product

• Assist senior manager on PE product and Fixed Income product such as preparing term sheet, DDQ and teasers.
• Assist senior manager on execution of PE deals, such as fund formation, legal documentation, and filling.
• Assist senior manager on structure notes product, such as SPV setup, drafting term sheet. 

Operation

• Asist senior manager on day to day fund operations such as investor onboarding, valuation report, account opening etc
• Asist senior manager to prepare monthly performance report of each fund and discretionary account.
• Liaise with internal or external parties, such as Legal, Sales & Marketing, fund administrators, banker etc to ensure operational process is smooth
• Ensure that all accounting and funds related policies & procedures are in line with the compliance and regulatory requirements
• Assist new fund/discretionary account launching project

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of working experience in financial institution or accounting firm.
• Bachelor's degree holder in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines
• Familiar with financial products in private equity fund and hedge fund e.g. derivative, bond, equity, index
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese including Mandarin
• Strong aptitude for numbers and accuracy
• Detail minded, self-motivated, keen to learn, good team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
