Job Descriptions
- Engage in company’s strategic financial planning and analysis activities
- Handle full set of P&L, monthly and annual budgeting, business forecasting and month-end closing
- Assist CEO in the company’s M&A activities by providing support on due diligence, valuation and business modelling
- Handle annual audit with contracted auditor
- Review tax status and perform tax planning
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting / Finance related discipline with HKICPA or equivalent
- At least 3 years solid experience in Group Consolidation Accounting with Management position
- Past experience in Construction / Building industry is an advantage
- Independent personality with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounting Supervisor
