Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts
• Responsible for daily operations, including book-keeping for daily transactions, data input, prepare vouchers and schedules, reconciliation of accounts and general routine accounting function, etc.
• Handle bank accounts administration and maintenance activities
• Assist in preparing monthly reports, interim and annual reports
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

• High Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or other related disciplines 
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, preferably from sizable listed institutions
• Experience in financial reporting is highly preferred
• Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
• Experience in Flex system is highly preferable
• Immediate available will be an advantage
