Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping work such as data entry and filling etc.
• Handle receivable & payable management to ensure invoices are accurately and timely issued/collected
• Maintain proper and accurate accounting record
• Handle daily bank transactions and bank reconciliation
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks as required

 Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 5-year working experience
• Experience in retail industry is an advantage
• Well versed in MS office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is a must
• Experience in SAP and ERP is an advantage
• Responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
