Job Duties:

• Handle daily accounts payable / receivable transactions, voucher operation, payment and bank transaction support;
• Handle full set of accounts;
• Prepare financial and accounting reports;
• Handle the completion of expense reimbursement and payment procedures;
• Prepare audit & month-end schedules;
• Handle periodical stocktakes;
• Assist in company events;
• Assist other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in accountancy or related disciplines with LCC Higher level;
• Above 3 years relevant working experience, with NGO and handling school accounts working experience would be a plus;
• Good command of English and Chinese; able to speak Putonghua is a plus;
• Good in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access) and Chinese Word Processing;
• A strong team work spirit, good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
