Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of financial, tax, and internal control of real estate projects.
- Cash flow and financial performance forecasts for real estate investment/development projects
- Assist in the establishment of financial management rules for Hong Kong companies, such as auditing and bank account management, etc.
- Participate in due diligence of mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- Responsible for preparing annual and monthly financial-related statements of Hong Kong companies
- Make tax declarations
- Ensuring that the taxation of Hong Kong and offshore companies are following regulatory requirements
- Degree holder or above, major in accounting or related subjects
- 4 years+ finance related working in real estate/property firms in HK
- CPA holder
- Fluent in Mandarin and good command of English
