Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- General clerical duties such as data processing and filing
- Monitor the collection of customers & agents and follow through with accounting entries
- Reconcile the inter-company balances within the group
- Prepare vouchers & maintain proper accounting records
- Perform daily and monthly routine accounting duties
- To support any ad hoc assignments
- To support other members of the team
Requirements:
- DSE or above
- Holder of LCCI higher or equivalent.
- 1-2 year's experience with basic accounting knowledge/concept
- Good PC skill in usage of MS office
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Experience in the freight forwarding industry an advantage
- Self-motivated, responsible, independent, well organized, meticulous and a quick learner
- Proficiency in PC skills, MS Office, Excel and Chinese typing
- Fresh graduates are welcome
