Our client is a well established family office with a proven track record in commercial value-add investments. With the growth of the organization, our client is looking for an outstanding individual to join them due to expansion.
Perform Portfolio valuation, NAV prices computation and other fund administration tasks. Manage implementation of various initiatives, process transformation and improvement of pension scheme finance business. Ensure tasks assigned to subordinates and assigned projects are completed within planned schedule. Provide operational support to the equity business, including trade capture, desk support, client service, P/L reporting, cash management and break reconciliation. Reconcile breaks between front end system and back end data. Resolve any trade discrepancies with various parties. Ensure accurate trade capture and confirmations are sent to clients of various flows. Conduct accurate and timely trade settlement in Asia Pacific equity markets. Follow up with clients, middle office and custodian to avoid any settlement delay. Collect KYC doc to initialize account opening for new client request. Submission of report to HKEX for our exchange membership in Hong Kong and connect market. Assist in the implementation of various initiatives, new platform migration, process transformation and improvement for pension funds business. Assist in user acceptance testing and user requirement collection with internal IT team in new market initiatives and system development projects.
To be qualified, you should be a Degree holder in accounting, finance with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in fund investment operation and valuations, particularly MPF/pension/trust/mutual fund. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Self-motivated and be able to work under tight schedule.
