Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting operations and financing
• Prepare monthly P&L report, management reports and analysis reports on a monthly basis
• Handle data input, full set of accounts, and full set of Bookkeeping
• Prepare invoices issuance and payments
• Update and maintain daily cash-flow
• Assist in month end closing and year end closing
• Communicate with CPA firm for all task
• Handle company secretarial task including AR and Tax filling etc
• Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience, with at least 4 years in supervisor/ Manager level is preferred. 
• Good command of spoken English
• Strong in using MS Office
• Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize work and attention to details
• Positive working attitude, independent, efficient, punctual and well organized
• Immediate available will be an advantage
