Job Description
Reporting to the APAC Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, the incumbent will be working closely with all Controllers in APAC on the following:
What’s in it for you:
- Support the APAC FP&A Manager in the day-to-day financial management of the business including but not limited to critical analysis on APAC business performance review and planning, providing different comments, evaluating business cost and financial modelling, preparing presentation decks, as well as generating ad-hoc reports for management review
- Assist in preparing financial strategic and tactical data, from continent-level consolidation of budget and forecast, profitability analysis, coordinating with market controllers etc
- Act as key user for corporate reporting tools, contribute to improve compliance with reporting requirements
- Improve the consistency, homogeneity and efficiency of APAC Reporting by proposing standard treatments and documents
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance or any related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ working experience in FP&A / Controlling
- A quick learner with excellent communication skills
- Very good analytical skills and capacity to perform concise synthesis
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure to respect all deadlines
- Expertise in Excel as well as database management
- Strong attention to details, reliable and accurate
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
