Working Location: Wan Chai 

Working Hours: 0900-18:00 (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for month-end closing and prepare financial reports;
• Handle daily full set accounting functions (AP, AR, GL etc.)
• Prepare financial reporting schedules, financial analysis and bank reconciliation statements on monthly basis; 
• Assist in monthly sales to debtor cycle, and purchase to payment cycle to ensure smooth daily accounting operation;
• Preparation of the consolidated accounts, ensure the compliance to accounting standard and relevant laws and regulations;
• Work closely with internal and external parties in gathering information for analysis and reporting; 
• Liaise with auditors and operation team for auditing tasks;
• Ad-hoc duties to be assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or related discipline or above
• HKIAAT member / HKICPA student or equivalent
• 8 years Relevant Accounting/Auditing/Finance working experience preferred but not essential
• Candidate with less experience are also welcomed 
• Proficient in PC skills, MS Office and accounting system
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese is preferable
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and great attention to details
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Strong leadership skills, independently, able to work under pressure and multi-tasks
• Immediate available is an advantage
