Our client, a Japanese company is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team:

- Review internal control and accounting policies for the finance and accounts department, in comply with headquarter requirement
- Planning, establishment and implementation of the operation of the finance and accounts department
- Manage and oversee daily operations of finance and accounts' operation
- Deal with investment and loan issues
- Prepare and analyze financial reports including the B/S, P/L, schedule, the consolidated package in comply with company law, accounting standard, and group financial policies.
- Prepare Cash Flow Forecast and cash flow management
- Deal with accounts payable and accounts receivable issues
- Manage with foreign exchange risk for foreign currency transaction
- Calculation of the manufacturing costs, manufacturing cost budgeting, actual costs analysis and evaluation
- Stock assets management
- Liaison with professional parties, including auditors and banker
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Deal with accounting and tax related matters
- Above 7 years’ working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
- Good command of MS Office, accounting software
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards,regulations
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Ability to direct and supervise
- Major in Accounting or Finance
- Good command of English,Mandarin
