Responsibilities

• Responsible for full sets of accounts, cash flow management and daily operations
• Assist in reviewing financial statements and accounting reports
• Handle cheque payment, petty cash claim, issue invoice
• Assist manager in executing internal control works
• Ensure smooth-running of month-end closing and full compliance with Hong Kong accounting standards
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• High Diploma Holder or above in Accounting or Finance related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ solid Accounting / Finance experience
• Independent, attentive to details and highly motivated, Capable of handling full set of accounts independently
• Experience in using Flex Account system would be an advantage
• Well conversant with MS Word & Excel skills
• Detail minded, well-organized, able to meet tight deadline
