Responsibilities:

• Report to Supervisor and provide daily accounting services
• Preparation of voucher / journal / cheque issue
• Assist in G/L maintenance, period-end closing, bank and inter-company reconciliations, prepare schedules of management reports under supervision
• Data input for accounting and financial report on daily basis
• Other office administrative duties such as records / documents filing and maintenance and other ad hoc duties / projects as assigned
• Outdoor work for banking transaction or report / documentation delivery when required 

Requirement:

• Diploma holder with LCC intermediate level
• 2 years or above relevant working experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel and Chinese word processing), and hands on experience in Accounting software like FlexAccout or Kingdee is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and hardworking
• Immediate available is preferred
• Working Location in Tseung Kwan O
