1. About Tax – Tax and Business Advisory
A career within Corporate Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. You’ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners. You’ll also help organisations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties, as well as providing advice on tax implications of deals. 
Our team helps our clients improve their tax function to control risk and facilitate better decision making. You’ll focus on helping businesses with tax strategy, ensuring tax compliance, increasing post tax profits, and providing application support to achieve the best corporate tax practices. 

2.About Tax –Transfer Pricing 
Transfer pricing is a term used to describe all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, and commonly applies to intercompany transfers of tangible and intangible property.  Intercompany transactions across borders are growing rapidly and are becoming much more complex.  Global integration and new business practices challenge multinational corporations to find innovative transfer pricing solutions. 
Stricter penalties, new documentation requirements, increased information exchange, improved training and specialisation are some of the tools used by tax authorities in this global "revenue race". 

3.About Tax –US Tax Consulting 
US Tax Consulting group provides a broad range of US tax consulting services (including fund structuring, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, cross-border structuring, trust planning, etc) and US tax compliance services (including preparation of US partnership and corporation returns, PFIC statements, etc) to both multinational and local clients. 

Requirements 
We are looking for graduates from any discipline who can demonstrate: 

• Flexibility and open-mindedness 
• Ability to think creatively and a thirst for knowledge 
• Confident with a strong business sense 
• Excellent communication skills with business fluency levels, both spoken and written, in English and Chinese 
• Ability of tackling difficulties and making decisions 
• A person of integrity and with a spirit of teamwork 
• Preferred knowledge of IT including programming (Microsoft Access databases) (Only for Transfer Pricing Associate Graduate Programme)
• Preferred knowledge of data visualisation tools such as, Tableau, Qlik or Power BI (Only for Transfer Pricing Associate Graduate Programme)
