Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting duties includes Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, data entry and filing etc
• Handle full set of accounts, transactions and reconcile monthly balances
• Checking the bank statement for all retail shops
• Checking and processing employee reimbursements
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Handle cash flows
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:  

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ solid accounting experience, with retail industry experience preferable
• Proficient in Excel & Word
• Independent, Self-initiative, Detail minded and willing to learn
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Clerk
