Responsibilities:

• Responsible to handle all telephone and customers enquiries in a quality manner
• Coordinate with Sales, Production and Logistics team to ensure the customer order is delivery on time
• Provide sales administration support which not limited to data input sales order, check the delivery note, prepare and issue the debt note to customers
• Maintain accurate system record and monitor inventory transactions to ensure sufficient stock for customers
• Prepare and generate sales report to supervisor and ensure data integrity

Requirements: 

• Form 5 or above with Diploma in Customers Services will be advantage
• Minimum of 1 year sales operations working experience in Food Services industry is preferable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese & English
• Proficiency in PC knowledge and application
• Enthusiastic, independent, well organized, customer-oriented with can do attitude to work with different parties.
• Immediately available is highly preferred
