About the client:

Our client is an international fund administration firm with a strong track region in the region. Due to expansion of business, they are looking for Fund Admin Manager level candidates for their fund admin team and the role is based in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for PE and Hedge fund admin issue. However, candidates with only PE fund side experience are welcome. 

Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of complex investment products, performance fee calculations, various fund structures, side pockets and distribution
• Preparation and review of daily/monthly NAV calculation in an fast-paced environment with strict deadline
• Periodic review of fund documents, operating memorandum and pricing policy
• Liaison with auditors, including preparation of financial statements and audit support schedule
• Assist in coaching and developing junior team members for their individual development and for the overall benefit of the team. 
• Ensure timely response to client requests in standard and non-standard situation

Requirements:

• Degree holder in finance or accounting
• 5 years of above in fund administration experience
