Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Accounting Manager, School Operation Team and VEO Central Section Team
- Prepare accounting journals for month end closing
- Prepare Bank and Income reconciliation
- Prepare accounting schedules
- Prepare monthly School Fee Autopay collection
- Prepare monthly Payroll Autopay & MPF contribution and Yearly Employer tax return
- Supervise subordinate to carry out daily accounting operations
- Communicate with school principal and Admin in relating to accounting matters
- Prepare month end closing and related financial reporting
- Conduct year end statutory audit
- Ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business-related disciplines
- Certificate in HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification would be an advantage
- At least 5 years accounting experience, with at least 2 years from management reporting.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, compliance and procedures
- Experience on Sage X3 accounting system is an advantage
- Work independently, and able to work under pressure and tight schedule, self-motivated and high efficiency with multi-tasking
