Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounting team and manage all aspects of finance, accounting and controlling functions in mix business module;
• Enhance and improve the company’s performance and internal control system by efficient & effective financial analysis;
• Compile and execute financial budget and overview the financial function of the Group;
• Formulate strategies to support the achievement of business and operations objectives;
• Evaluate feasibility study on acquisition of new business in terms of pricing and profitability;
• Develop and maintain relationships with banking, insurance, and other external financial personnel to facilitate financial activities of the company;
• Collaborate with audit services and external auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations and requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting with professional qualification of HKICPA or ACCA is required;
• Minimum 5 years' experience in solid and relevant experience with at least 3 years in senior managerial position;
• Experienced in ERP system implementation is an advantage;
• Exposure in listed conglomerate or professional firm is highly preferred;
• Familiar with Hong Kong listing rules, Hong Kong and China tax regulations policies and accounting system;
• Meticulous, quick-witted, excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive and able to work in dynamic environment.
