Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts month-end closing and bank reconciliation independently;
• Handle company audit and tax reporting;
• Handle monthly /annual financial and management reports;
• Perform company secretary services;
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree Holder in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline with professional accounting qualification is preferred;
• 5+ years relevant accounting experiences with financial institutions/asset management firm/private equity fund. If less working experience will consider as Accounting Officer;
• Knowledge of flex accounting system operation is preferred;
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Self-motivated and organized and able to work under pressure;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
