We are actively seeking a Business Planning & Analysis Manager to support our company owner and Finance Director by providing financial insights and utilizing data monetization approach and expand the company’s future business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior management forecasts of the company’s operating performance and provide insights from a finance perspective on the progress and effectiveness of the company’s strategic plans and investments
• Managing the Financial Planning and Analysis team and support Finance Director in overviewing annual budget forecast and relevant financial reports
• Manipulate and analyze massive scale of complex data sets and leverage AI technology for better data analysis and improve decision-making process
• Develop reports, dashboards, and models to explore data and explain opportunities
• Merge structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from several systems to highlight company trends
• Review and strive for process automation to enhance the department’s overall performance
• Provide P&L and ROI analysis to ensure all businesses are operating in optimal level
• Continuously monitor data quality and integrity; improve internal control systems and identify the critical cost area with various business units

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields with at least 8 years of experience in FMCG, Beauty, Medical Aesthetic or related industries
• Strong track record in providing financial analysis to enable new business opportunity initiatives and support the organisation’s operational, financial, and strategic decisions
• Demonstrable team management experience with strong business acumen and financial analytical skills
• High level of commercial acumen with ability to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets ideally with previous experience using Excel VBA, Tableau, and SAP BI
• Agile personality with excellent interpersonal skill with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
• Effective people management skill and be able to motivate, develop and manage team members’ performance
