Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling the accounting and finance related works for Mainland Investment Properties
• Participate in annual budget and forecast as well as prepare quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Exercise proper control on CAPEX and OPEX payments
• Review of monthly local accounts and handle tax filing
• Monitor and follow up outstanding accounts receivable items
• Plan and conduct internal control checking of local operations as well as prepare relevant reports 
• Provide guidance to local accounting teams on daily accounting/ financial operations
• Perform any ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Graduates with degree of full-time studies in Accountancy
• Professionally qualified under / student member of HKICPA/ ACCA or other professional accounting bodies
• 2 years’ or above working experience in Audit or Accountancy field
• Experience and knowledge in PRC accounting and taxation will be an advantage
• Independent, self-motivated and a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• High proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
