Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts for pension funds
- Prepare management reports, vouchers, schedules, etc.
- Daily NAV calculation
- Closely monitor the MPF investment portfolio
- Reconciliate cash and securities
- Handle daily settlement and address possible unmatch or discrepencies
- Process subsciption and redemption
- Collaborate with brokers, investment managers and custodians regarding trading activities
- University graduate in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- Above 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in fund accounting
- Independent and self-motivated ,with good problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient in MS office application; familiar with Chinese word processing
- Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Experience in using SAP, SUN or Hiportfolio system is highly preferred
- Candidates with less experience may be considered as Asst Manager or below
(Candidates with less experience would be considered for the position of Assistant Manager)
