• Process fee/ invoices and matter related expenses claims 
• Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders and invoices
• Verify vendors and resolve purchasing order, invoice or payment discrepancies
• Post client money transactions in a professional manner
• Reconcile and record clients' accounts in both banking reports and internal system record
• Assist in month end closing
• Forecast future and scheduled expenses and ensure expenditures is within budget limits
• Prepare analysis of monthly reports and highlight variance against budget 
• Monitor payment process in a efficient way in compliance in the firm's policy

• Bachelor degree holder in Accountancy with at least 4 years relevant experience within professional services firms
• Professional qualification member is a definite advantage, e.g. HKICPA/ACCA
• Knowledge of usage Elite 3E is a plus
• Familiar with online banking payable products
• Fluent of English is recommended
